An Autumn “Smiley Day” in Winkworth Arboretum

This Autumn family walk in Winkworth was filled with quality family time together and playful fun.  As they headed out for a walk among the beautiful Autumn leaves in Winkworth Arboretum, they had several stops along the way.  Together they enjoyed collecting colourful Autumn leaves in leaf-bouquets then had great fun -showers, Autumn leaf-collecting, leaf picking and a little f tree climbing, I was enjoying myself capturing their memory-making .

This family had their hearts set on an Autumn photo shoot and we had 2 rain checks while waiting for this dry weekend. Thankfully, in the meantime leaves had turned even more yellow and the setting was even more Autumnal. This wasn’t the first choice of location either.  Luckily I do location scout out visits before each shoot as we discovered the first location had turned into a building site and was no longer suitable.  This mum wanted to update their family photos and have now  put up framed photos around their home in lovely bright colours to match their colourful decor in the recently decorated and renovated living area.  I’ve since seen them hanging up and they made a really good choice going for colourful bespoke sized frames.  (These and other frames are available for my clients to order after they’ve viewed their photos in private online galleries.)
